Looking for properties near UT Austin

Hello,

I have a daughter going to UT in the fall so I am looking for any type of property preferable walking distance to UT Austin.  If not walking at least on UT bus route.  Would like a 2 bedroom but not opposed to a 1 or 3 for the right price.  Not afraid of a rehab.  I am in Fort Worth so I am not familiar with that area other than it is expensive!!  If anyone has or comes across any good deals please contact me via email, call or text.
