1900 sqft duplex in Chickasaw, AL
I'm wholesaling a 1900 sqft duplex in Chickasaw, AL. It's in a very quiet neighborhood, however, it does need updating in both kitchens and the roof may need some work done. The outside is currently being painted so that will bring the curb appeal up. It has hardwood floors in the bedrooms. There is tile in the kitchens and the bathrooms that may need to be replaced. There is only one comp that sold for 60k about 2 or 3 years ago. However if the proper upgrades are done I would estimate you could get close to 70k for it if you are looking to resale. The rental rate is between $500-$600 for those who want to become a landlord. I only have pictures of one unit because the other one is occupied.I'm asking $32000 net cash.
