Private lender For flip Gardena CA
I am looking for a private money lender for an off market flip I have in Gardena CA. I am curious as to how I can find someone to help fund my deal but not break any SEC rules or anything like that. Can I post a deal I have on here and then get lenders or is that against some sort of rules? Hopefully someone can shed some light on this for me!!
