Need Funding for Commercial Property

I'm wondering how I can get my client's deals financed. He's trying to purchase two apartment buildings about $10 million each. 

Also trying to purchase a sports facility for around $585k

Also trying to purchase a portfolio of about 325 properties.

If he can't get financing he will use cash, only if he can turn around and take out an asset loan on all of the above without any seasoning issues. He would need to get most of his money back in the form of a cash out refi. But would need to close in less than a month. 

What lenders will do this?
