Great to be here! My name is Charles and fairly new in Bigger Pockets. I'm a newbie in Real Estate Investing and my focus is mainly on rehab & flippin houses. Does anyone know of a money lender who is great to work with and has reasonable lending terms? I will appreciate your referral.
