Joint Venture or Partners for Multi Family units Florida

Hi Fellow BP

I have found several very good Multi Family units in Florida with good cap rates. We are now looking to partner or JV with fellow REI to assist us in purchasing one or more of these properties.

Being from Australia it is a challenge to get up and running we have goals and determined to make it.

Are you too looking for ways to invest in real estate and what to start a JV or partnership lets connect to discuss further.
