In need of financial assistance in Maryland
Good day everyone. My name is Carlann and I am seeking to buy my first income property under 75k in Baltimore. The only issue is financing the property. Due to a 20k loan I previously borrowed I was told by my bank to get rid of it (like 20k drops from the sky). Essentially my debt to income ratio is off. Does anyone have any suggestions on where I can get financing or any type of advice. My retirement can not be touched now. But any info, advice would be great.
