Looking for a mentor

I am looking for a mentor that will work with me to build a career in real estate investing. I have the following to offer:

  • Will shut up and listen
  • Subcontractor Management Background (Industrial Mega Construction Projects)
  • Contract Administration Background (Industrial Mega Construction Projects)
  • Bilingual
  • Not afraid of getting my hands dirty
  • Have a valid driver's license and clean driving history
  • Have a truck that can be utilized to help mutually benefit the mentor/mentee relationship

I am simply tired of sitting on the sidelines and seeing everyone get the ball and play in this industry. I am ready to suit up and carry the ball, just need a good quarterback to lead the way.

I have no issue working on a commission basis to demonstrate how much of an asset that I can be to your company and your team.

Hi Carl,

I am moving to Dallas from Los Angeles in August and I'm looking to gain more knowledge as a real estate investor i.e mentor.

I would like to hit the ground running in this industry just not sure where to start. My experience in real estate includes buying rehabbing and selling my condo in 5 years and making a nice profit and I want to do it again. Just not sure where to start. Agent? Investor? Both?

I came across this Godsend of a website today and have been listening to podcasts and interviews ever since and came across your profile and interview.

I would like to pick your brain a bit and maybe you can offer up advice and opportunities. At any rate it would nice to connect.

Thanks in advance,

Nicole
