Transaction Coordinator
Good evening,
For the longest time it has been my intention to hire an assistant as soon as possible. However, after today I have come to realize that I do not need an assistant, but rather a transaction coordinator.
Could any currently licensed real estate agent/broker/realtor point me in the direction of such a person or service please?
I don't need somebody full-time, but would pay on a per transaction basis regardless of whether it closes or not, and am happy to work with someone out of state (so long as they are highly proficient with technology).
But I require that this person be exceedingly organized, follows rules and regulations to a tee and is completely and totally reliable/dependable. This person would be a very strong S or C on the DISC personality profiling system and in terms of Myers-Briggs they would be any of the following: ISTJ, ISFJ or perhaps even an ESTJ. I test on the extreme scale of ENTJ.
