If you need help with a real estate deal, contract, question... please feel free to reach out to me.  Lately Ive been writing real estate purchase agreements for investors, leases for landlords who rent homes, rent rooms in homes, rent mobile home spaces, and more.

Thanks,

Hello @Jake Van Vorhis,

Yes, I am specializing in real estate and business law. In addition to helping with the real estate agreements, I am helping investors form their California LLCs, or other entities, and writing their partnership agreements.  There are some other types of agreements also that relate to how they will be using the land. Recently I worked on a sharecropper agreement where the land owner received a share of the proceeds from sale of the crops as rent.
And later today I'm helping a group form a California non-profit corporation. And then an  agreement for a General Contractor.
Is there anything I can help you with?

Jen
