Properties with appraised values as low as $25,000 are eligible for 30 year financing. Simply package them together with other properties to total a loan value of $45,000 or more at 70% LTV.
You will need to close in an entity and have a credit score of 630 or higher. This is not a discount, zero out of pocket lending program. This is for investors who have bought at the right price to take advantage of the cheapest cash flowing properties in the US.
Loan decision take less than 24 hours and you can close in 20-25 business days.
At 65% LTV, you can use this program as a Foreign National.
