Seeking private investor for a fix and flip property in West Palm Beach, Florida. I already have a contract for purchase after rehab is signed by buyer who has had full loan approval. Buyer just wants me to buy house, complete the rehab work, and sell to him. I have rehabbed more than a dozen homes. This should be a quick fix & flip.
