Any interest in buying my SEO leads?

Hi everyone, Im getting roughly 70-100 leads per day Generated from my landing page. 

I'm only interested in a few regions, and anything outside of that I usually just toss out. I figure I might as well monetize these leads by selling them in blocks. Who here would be interested? 

I was thinking about selling in blocks of 10. 

Leads that include the following I would sell for $40.

• Full name
• Address
• phone
• Asking price

Leads that include the following I would sell for $100

• Full name
• address
• phone
• asking price
• Mortgage amount
• condition report
• reason for selling
