Need Insurance, 26 unit apt bldg, Cincinnati, Ohio

Hey all,

We have three buildings side by side in Cincinnati that we need insurance on, for a total of 26 units.  Insurance needs to be in place by June 6th.

Appreciate any recommendations or contacts.

@Christian Beebe  I have several clients in OH that I have worked up multiple quotes for 12-42 unit complexes.  I'd be happy to share the results of all the insurance carriers to save you some time shopping around.

This last property had a swing of $7,800-$28,000 from the insurance carriers.

I'll PM you some of the info.
