Duties Include
Getting units rent ready -
Painting
Carpeting
Plumbing
HVAC
AC

-Available as a part time or full time.
-Must be experienced with property management
-Own your own tools & truck

-Tier 1- has required skills ($22-$29/hour)
-Tier 2- fewer skills but wants to develop into a tier 1 ($17-$22/hour)

-$20 per day for truck/gas -Paid vacation and 5 personal days (after 6 months)

-Part time available for quality individual

-Flexible hours
