REDUCED! Off MLS Denver 3+1 SFR with Tenant for sale - Knox Ct

County records say 2 bed, 900 sq ft. However, there is a bedroom addition giving it another 100 sq ft.

Property is in decent shape. Tenant said everything works fine (refrigerator and range). For a flip, probably needs carpet, updated cabinets and inside paint.

Leased through Oct by tenant who has been there for 8 years.

This is a wholesale deal.  Need to find buyer FAST!
