Hey, I am a local investor in the Birmingham area - new in this industry but motivated.  I am looking for a investor friendly agent.  My interests are buy and holds.  I am looking to build my portforlio with atleast 1-2 properties per year. I have my first property under my belt.  I am ready for the next but need someone reliable, driven and knowledgable (RE).   Recommendations will also be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
