So I'm currently looking for a strong real estate agent that's experienced in helping buyers. I'm in Louisville Kentucky and I'm interested in 40219 and the surrounding zip codes. I'll be doing my first deal so it's important to me to find someone that is willing to teach me as they work with me. Any leads would be appreciated! :-)

The local KREIA group is a good place to start.  I have personally used Eric Scroggin (Remax) and Dan Wolf (Semonin)... both are investors as well as agents so they know what investors are looking for.
