Looking to work with a professional, knowledgeable, and experienced realtor in the Columbus, Ohio market. I have both cash and leverage and would like to add 2-4 rental properties (SF or Multi) over the next 18-24 months. In addition I would also like to complete my first flip in the next 12 months.
