Phase #2 of our "Luxe On South" development is under way. This project is set to close beginning of October. Just like Phase #1, this will also be a new construction of 3 town-homes in the downtown Orlando area close to the Dr. Phillips Center & Lake Eola. Phase #1 is scheduled to begin construction by the end of this month. We are seeking PM investors! Message us for more information and a project presentation!!!
