Hello my BP friends,

I am new to investing, but I did decide exatly what strategy I decide to follow in RE.

This  is what I am looking for :

I am looking to build rental portfoilio. Looking currently to buy a duplex and want buy very year duplex or triplex. Will consider SFR only ,if it under value. Interested working with the creative realtors in Austin area, who has his experience in RE investing and have his own rental property.
