Hello All,
Long time NY investor trying to build my business in another state and Georgia came to mind as i have a good buddy there that i have managed to recruit as my boots on the ground, but more importantly a level head to steer those boots, this is where you can help, i am in the market for any fix and flip SFH, or buy and hold rentals 2-6 units. areas of preference, Lawernceville, Duluth, Norcross, Grayson, Loganville,Snellville, basically anything in and around the 285 loop would be considered.
