Any Investors in Tullahoma TN?? I have a lead

Hello everyone. 

I have a lead that came in through my marketing channels that happens to be in the city of Tullahoma TN. I dont have buyers there, and I need someone that can check out the interior of the property and snap pictures. I am willing to either sell it directly to you at the wholesale price, or Co-Wholesale with you and split the profits if you can deliver the buyer. 

The numbers look pretty good and seller is motivated.
