Definition of Trifecta

In our Atlanta market, after many years of trial and error, we have successfully brought together the top real estate investor in the southeast with the top real estate team in the same geographical area.

Our results are such that no one in the country has ever achieved. It is not uncommon for us to generate upwards of 500 calls a day of sellers looking to sell their property.

This is where the uniqueness of Trifecta really starts to shine. When we speak to our sellers initially over the phone, we give them valuable options that they have never experienced anywhere else. We let our sellers know that we have multiple opportunities for them that no one else has to offer. For instance, we have the ability to purchase their property, making a quick and smooth transaction for the seller. At the same time we let our seller know we have the ability to sell their property at full market value


Our team of agents gets appointments set for them on a daily basis as a result of our marketing efforts. Our agents continue this consultive approach presenting both cash offers and a traditional listing presentation. This provides value/options to the sellers that they have never been exposed to. As a result of this unique approach, our investment deals have tripled in numbers, and our retail listings have reached into the hundreds.

We are currently partnering with successful, key real estate professionals across the country. Our partners are either brokers, team leaders, investors, or a combination thereof.


What we do for our partners
-We handle all of their local marketing.
- We take inbound, seller calls into our Atlanta offices and qualify the sellers.

- Set 5-10 appointments per day for our partners and/or team members.
- Help to recruit team of agents that can implement the model.
- Place seller contact leads into an advanced CRM system.

Bottom line, we give our sellers options that nobody else can provide!
We do a profit share on all of the retail listings along with all the investment opportunities, which are produced as a result of this model.
