JV/Equity Partners Needed for Two Apartment Communities!

Hi BP!

These are listed with a broker that I deal with regularly.  Both are owned by the same owner, and are in a great little College Town in Georgia.  The county where they're located has grown 6% in the last year, and is projected to grow 33% in the next 10 years.  There are large blue collar employers and a good sized Private College in the town.

I have management and contractors ready to start Due-Diligence. What I need are JV/Equity Partners to come up with the down payment. PM me if you're interested and have a great day!
