Looking for lenders in Hawaii (Oahu specifically)
Aloha everyone! Looking to start my first deal in real estate. My wife is a stay-at-home mother of 3 so we won't have quite enough for a 20% down but I don't want to let that stop me from pursuing our dream of REI. Are there any lenders that you know of that could help us with our situation? I would prefer the lender to be savvy with different financing strategies vice just having one or two ways to get a deal. I'm learning a lot from BP but sometimes it sinks in a little more when someone explains it to me verbally. Thanks in advance everyone. Aloha!
