Columbus Ohio 14 Unit Townhouse Complex FS $269,000 (20% caprate)
I am selling my 14 unit townhouse complex (4 buildings but one building with 4 units are empty and need rehabbed). They are 2-3 bedrooms and 10 units had 120k invested and were remodeled 2 years ago.
