Investor needed for September Pennsylvania Upset Tax Sales.
Hello, I am posting in this forum in an effort to find willing investors to help with the upcoming Pennsylvania Upset tax sale auctions. For those that are unaware, September is the time of year that ALL 67 counties within the state hold what is called an Upset Tax Sale not to be confused for a Judicial Tax sale (major differences). My partners and I manage to cover a good majority of these counties. We have over thirty years of experience combined and have a great and specialized understanding of this arena.
