Looking for Flip deals and appartment buildings In Chicago

Hi fellow Chicago investors,

I am looking for 2 units properties in need of rehab in good areas of south Chicago for flips or SFH on north side and also looking for 12%+ cap rate 6-25 units building in good areas of south Chicago.
