I'm experienced with finding great foreclosure deals! I'm also a go getter and can manage the flip of any property! I am located in Pierce County, centrally in Tacoma, Washington.

My problem? Need capital for purchasing the homes.

Looking for: Investors who are interested in getting either hard money loans to purchase the properties OR utilize their own finances to purchase the properties.

What will I do? I'll present properties to you that after researching will yeild us a healthy profit. I'll manage the renovation and listing of the property.

What do you get? I'd propose if you put the money up and I do all the work, that we split the profits after all is said and done 50/50.
