Seeking Portfolio Lender in Chicago
I have a deal that I'm looking to finance. The portfolio is a mix of 18 SFR and multi units. The majority of properties are located on the South and West side of Chicago. Most rental income is provided by vouchers. The portfolio is providing stable income from the vouchers at the moment but not all units are rented. The condition of the buildings vary.
