Looking for agents/brokers or wholsalers in Bend, OR

Hello all, I'm a new investor and currently working on my 4th flip since I've started in Real Estate last November by flipping homes in Los Angeles and I'm realizing more and more how passionate I am about it. I've been trying to do research on Bend for flips and buy-n-holds for my future. My wife and I and our kids love it there and think its a great place to raise a family. I'd like to widen out my passion to that area. With that being said,  I was wondering if any agents/brokers or wholesalers can help me find a good deal and also give me some more information on investing in Bend.
