Looking for a Flipping Partner in Pennsylvania

I'm looking for a flipping partner or mentor to help me fix and flip houses. In exchange for your knowledge, time and money to fund the deals (I will be using a hard money lender for funding most of the acquisition and rehab of the property); I will split the profits with you 50/50 or even 25/75. 

I can also provide sweat equity to this partnership by going to the properties and creating a SOW to be completed. Essentially I can be your boots on the ground if you're an out of state investor. Right now I'm looking for REOs and other fix and flip properties on the MLS. I've had my eye on a few potential deals so I'd like to begin immediately.
