Maintenance Technician

333 Rent is looking to add a maintenance technician to our growing property management team.

Your main responsibility will be the completing maintenance work orders and turning over rental units after a resident moves out.

Proficient knowledge and abilities in the following:

-Lifting of heavy materials
-Some Demolition
-Basic Plumbing
-Basic Appliance and Electrical Repair
-General maintenance and repairs
-Ability to troubleshoot various maintenance issues
-Landscaping
-Strong communication skills, particularly with tenants
-Good attitude
-Ability to work as part of a team and perform maintenance tasks independently
-Willing to be on-call rotation for emergency and after-hours, weekends and holidays
-Ability to fill out necessary paperwork (time cards, work orders etc. . .)
-Have a basic set of hand and electric tools
-HVAC Certification preferred but not required
