Cincinnati Investment Portfolio
There's an agent in my office that has a Cincinnati West Side portfolio for sale. Doing him a favor by posting this on the site, but if anyone would like some more info feel free to reach out to me and I can put you in contact with him or talk you through the situation some more. Total price for 10 properties is $439,000. There are some boring properties in here, but also some properties in some great areas that could be used as a flip play while holding the others that are cash flowing.
