Seller financing multi family with little to no money down

I currently am anticipating having a couple of multi family properties become available within the next few months that will be for sale via seller financing with little or no money down and am looking to put together a list of interested investors. Properties, including one that will be available within the next week or so can yield as much as 500+ dollars a month in free cash flow after Payment, interest, taxes and insurance.
