Investment Group Needs 3 Homes
I'm working with an investment group with an immediate need for 3 homes in the Chicago suburbs to either fix/flip or buy/hold depending on the property.
They prefer that the homes be at least 3 bedrooms and located in the northwest or western suburbs. Their target areas are Dupage, Kane and Cook County (only west of O'Hare). The scope of the rehab does not matter as long as it's a good deal. They are willing to spend up to 275K per home for the right deals.
