General Manager of a Property Management Firm

I have a permanent, full-time position available in Yakima, WA.

We are a large and growing real estate property management firm headquartered in Yakima, with a branch office in Seattle. We are looking to add the position of General Manager to our Yakima office.

As a General Manager you will oversee a firm with over $4M in annual budget, over 600 properties, and about 175 owners. You will be responsible for communicating with owners, hiring and managing office staff, and making improvements to the business by implementing your ideas.

As a former Hotel General Manager for a Marriott Hotel and current Managing Broker for two Real Estate Firms, I would love to find someone with either excellent Hotel or Real Estate management experience.
