2 Cash Flowing Turn Key Rentals

These are two well maintained homes in Dayton, OH that are cash flowing. One has a long term tenant (6 years) and is on HUD Section 8, and rents for $515/mo. plus all utilities. I've already discussed with tenant that the rent will be going up $25/month come January, when the annual inspection takes place. This home is a 2 bedroom/1 bath with a full clean, dry basement and w/d there as well. It has a private driveway on a quiet street and a fenced in yard, shared with the neighbor and the other property we own. This house is also for sale as a turn key rental. It has a new tenant in there, but previous tenant was a section 8 tenant so the house had also been inspected yearly. This is a 1 bed/1 bath home with a full basement and an extra lot next door.
