I need your help finding wholesale properties with below characteristics. If you have a property like this, please contact me here on Bigger Pockets. 

• 3 or more bedrooms
• 2 or more bathrooms
• 1980 or newer build
• Will rent for minimum of of $800 - $900/mo
• Combined Purchase & Rehab should be less than $55,000
• After Repair Values around $100,000 or more (i.e. similar sold within a quarter to 1/3rd mile radius, same neighborhood)
• Location: Clayton, Cobb, Dekalb, Fulton and Gwinnett Counties
• Also will consider Hampton, Jonesboro and Rex
• No war zones. Looking for solid neighborhoods
