This is a Nationwide list and can be cherry picked, and

• The deposit is $2000 per property refundable if notified within five (5) business days,
• The due diligence period will be five (5) business days.
• Once your DD period is up, we will move right to closing.
• Deeds are conveyed by Quit Claim (If you want to buy a warranty deed, which would come at the buyer’s expense after the close.)
• These can close in 2 weeks or less. If you want to do a quick flip.
• Principal buyers (verified) only, please.
