Hello Bigger Pockets family, Im currently in the process of closing a deal upstate NY and I have found another one that's actually a better deal but I what they are asking is out of my grasp, Im looking for a partner or even a hard money loan. There is a lot of equity in this property and I have exit strategies in place. This is a time sensitive deal, it needs to close in the next week or two before it goes to auction where im certain to get out bid. I can send the information and numbers to those who are serious.
