Flip Deal Near downtown Smyrna, GA looking for JV partner
I have a deal on a potential flip locked up in Smyrna, GA. It's walking distance to downtown Smyrna in a good neighborhood with flips selling for $300+. I'm looking for a JV partner. My cash is tied up in another property at the moment that is currently listed for sale. I'm not sure I will have enough cash back in the bank by the time I need to close on the Smyrna deal to meet the HML reserve requirements. Don't want to lose this deal. PM me if you're interested.
