This is an ad just to inform anyone who may be interested in staging services, that I am a Home Stager in the Orlando area. I do travel outside of Orlando and I offer a few different services. My services are as follows:

* Home Staging for a Vacant home

With this service there will be a furniture rental involved, as well as rental of décor accessories, a one time set-up fee and a one time removal fee which includes a basic clean up. All rented items are rented on a month to month basis.

*Redesign for an Occupied Home

This service includes rental of décor accessories, recommendations on what to keep and remove from the home or put in storage, a one time set-up fee and a one time removal fee which includes a basic clean up. All rented items are rented on a month to month basis.

* Do-It-Yourself Staging Report

Included in this package is a complete written "How To" Guide including pictures, where and how to place decorative items and the reasoning why, how to arrange furniture, a list of over 20 local and online stores to shop for décor, a list of places to rent furniture if needed, and where to get local storage for current belongings if necessary.

This report/how-to guide will be delivered electronically within one to two business days after the in home consultation and is a flat fee of $299.99.

The first step would be to set up a consultation for me to get a feel of the home and understand the flow and floor plan. During the consultation I will take measurements, take pictures, and collaborate with you to create the most effective plan for staging your home. The main purpose of the consultation is for me to understand key areas of the home so I can highlight the most important attributes or downplay any features that may be not so pleasant. I charge $150.00 per hour for a consultation which typical takes one hour. If you decide to move forward with my services, the price of the consultation will be taken off the final contract price.
