REsimpli - Project, rehab, and contractor management application

I'm excited to announce a new product, REsimpli, which my partner Sharad has been developing! As you all know, success in real estate depends on many factors including building efficient processes and forming valuable relationships with others. This tool that we have been developing is able to help with both these key aspects to your real estate business. REsimpli is close to being released for its beta. This means that we will be offering it soon to the BP community for free, for a limited time only. We are both committed to saving you all time and money and want to continue supporting and developing this product. Once the product finishes its beta, we will be deploying it as a low-fee based subscription service.

Sharad, the founder of REsimpli, has been systematizing his business and has created these tools to save time. He has done over 300 deals in the last 5 years as a result, and this tool will save you time and money in estimations and contractor management just from Phase 1. Future phases will offer even more benefits.

Phase 1 features:

1) Deal Analysis calculator - accurately and quickly analyze your flip or rentals deals.

2) List of Materials – Email your orders directly to Home Depot (HD) from our website or app while saving time auto populating the correct subcomponents. For example, you can pick out the dimension of a kitchen cabinet and it will auto-populate the correct accessories and their cost at HD (screws, toe kick, etc).

3) Scope of Work – Quickly build a SOW for your rehab projects.

4) Documents – Save time by creating contracts on our website and emailing them directly to your contractors from the website and have them sign via DocuSign

5) Media Storage - The application will allow you to save pics and videos for specific projects and help you manage all aspects of your rehab for risk management.

6) Cloud based system - This application will be accessible from any computer, smart phone or tablet with an internet connection so that you can manage-on-the-go to provide convenience and time savings.

Our future phases will include the ability for your entire team (admin, project manager, contractors, etc.) to login and manage the rehab entirely from our platform. Entire team will be able to leave notes, assign task, create to-do list, etc.

The projected Phase 1 release will be first quarter of 2017. In the meantime, we are looking to allow the BP community of investors that currently have rehab projects under their belt to use the software for free. The only thing we ask for is feedback so that we can improve the product to best serve our awesome BiggerPockets community. If you truly love the product as much as us, we'd appreciate honest testimonials so that we can grow the product and make it into the most useful, biggest time-saving project management tool available to a real estate investor.

I’m happy to speak with potential users that are interested, and build a list of people who would like us to send them the beta product once it's released. The current beta is scheduled for release end of this month (November 2016). We are only accepting investors from the Midwest that have experience managing projects so that we get accurate feedback on what is helpful, and what is unnecessary, so that we can focus our software development to bring maximum value to our users. There will be a bigger roll-out in the future for different regions.
