Looking for a cosigner for small business loan-willing to pay! FL

Hello! I'm Andre, Licenced Real Estate Agent, founder and co-owner of Phoenix Group Realty LLC, a newly established Property Management company. I've been looking for a $30,000 loan or credit line to get the company off the ground, but because of my short credit history, most financing institutions have asked for a co-signer to provide the credit. This arrangement would only be necessary for 6-8 months, until the business had enough credit of its own, and the loan could be transferred. Willing to discuss compensation for this cosigning, either in the form of a fee or a small ownership stake. Projections, qualifications, and any other information available upon request.
