Looking for Private Money Lenders for my Project in Chicago

Hi all, So I'm taking the leap to look outside of tradition financing and am looking for Private money lending. If anyone knows if any highly recommended sources/person that works in the Chicago are, please message me. Also, if anyone would provide any pointers to look out for when dealing with private money lenders, besides the interest rate, I'd highly appreciate that! Thank you!
