Looking for contractors & real estate agents in Savannah, GA
I'm a real estate noteholder and I'm foreclosing on a property in Savannah, GA in early Jan, 2017. I'm gathering information to see if we want to sell it at auction or take it back as an REO, rehab it ourselves, and sell for market value. We are out of the state and do not have any boots on the ground. I'm looking for referrals for contractors and real estate agents in the area, specifically those who have experience rehabbing houses.
