Funding in Cleveland, OH
I am looking for private funding in Cleveland, OH. Could some recommend some local private lenders? Could you give me some rates and terms that are acceptable? Any advice is well appreciated. Thanks.

If your deal is solid enough Holton-Wise may be interested in funding some of it. Have been thinking about getting into some short term lending for awhile and seeing as you are an agent i'm assuming you can spot a good deal when you see one.
