Looking for Strip Centers in Los Angeles under $2mil 5-8% Cap
Tired of looking through loopnet and need more pocket listings. I am looking for a small strip center in Los Angeles, preferably near Koreatown, San Gabriel Valley or anywhere decent that either has good tenants or potential upside with value add.
This is for a client of mine, so I would in effect be the "selling" broker. I don't mind doing a co-op as well. Will sign NDAs if its deemed interesting. Thanks guys!
